With your subscription you get unlimited sponsorship types (e.g. student, teacher, sports team, classroom) and unlimited profiles. You also get maximum flexibility in configuration for sponsorship pricing and sponsorship slots.
Identity Mask®
Child safety is a guiding principle. Our Identity Mask® technology allows you to automatically protect private child information from public indexing and browsing. Sponsoring a child unlocks the profile and provides the sponsor full access.
Secure Payment Gateway
Simply and securely link your bank account in just a couple of minutes. Discounted non-profit payment fees. Weekly payouts. Failed payments are automatically retried, and donors are notified when corrective action is neeeded.
Sponsor Updates
Send updates to sponsors on a cadence that works for you. Use our rich text editor capabilities to create fully formatted updates and pictures to your sponsors. Create drafts, preview the update, and then initiate the distribution. Updates are sent via email and also accessible through a sponsors online login.
Moderated Messaging
Allow your sponsors to send moderated videos, messages, and pictures to their sponsorships. A built in workflow allows your messaging administrators to review, accept, and distribute messages. You can also optionally respond with messages and pictures on behalf of the sponsoree. Includes OpenAI powered auto-translation into your target language.
Integrate and Embed
Use the Outgiven API and Zapier triggers to automate your workflows. Integrate your sponsorship directory, gift sponsorships, and Lightning sponsorships directly into your existing website using Embedded Components.

Gift Sponsorships
Anyone can gift a sponsorship to someone else for any pre-paid length of time. The recipient will receive a gift code via email that they can them use to select a sponsorship. Upon expiration, the recipient will have the option to convert the sponsorship to an ongoing paid subscription.
Occasions
Occasions provide one time giving opportunities that are above and beyond monthly sponsorship giving. Aprann can automatically generate an Occasion and notifiy sponsors for things like student birthdays. You'll also be able to create ad-hoc Occasions for things like end of year fundraising, teacher bonus time, or anything else you can imagine!
Giving Initiatives
Create campaigns for specific fundraising initiatives, such as raising money for a new building, disaster relief, or other special projects. You can create a goal, track progress, and send updates to donors.
General Donations
Use your general donation form to easily collect ad-hoc donations. One time giving has never been easier. Easily embed the form directly on your website.
Your branding
We work with you to setup a custom url with your own domain, such as https://sponsor.yoursite.org. You also have full control over logo, images, taglines, and other content.
Lightning Sponsorships
Lightning Sponsorships allow you to engage donors in the moment by bypassing account creation and the typical multi-step process required to complete a sponsorship. With the included QR Code and URL link generation, they are great for situations such as live fundraising events, printed materials, and email campaigns. Simplicity and speed to payment are primary goals, and new donors should be able to complete the process in about a minute!
Donor Managment
Manager your donor base with ease, including offline donors and sponsorships. Donors can create accounts through the system, or you can create the account on their behalf and track offline sponsorships and other important details.
Accounting Integrations
Connect to your donor management system and Outgiven will automatically sync your donors and transactions to your linked account on a nighly basis. We currently support Kindful and DonorPerfect, and adding more as we go!
Offline Sponsorships
Manage sponsors and assign sponsorships in cases where donor is paying by check or other means. Easily convert to an online sponsorship at any time.
Security
Data and privacy protection is priority one. Outgiven is PCI level 1 compliant, and we use industry standard encryption and security practices to keep your data safeguarded.
Donor profiles
Donors can login to their personal profile page to manage all aspects of their account, view updates, and interact with sponsorships.
